If you would like to manually download data from the Gencove Platform, you'll first need to login to your Gencove account. Once you have successfully signed in to your account, you will automatically be directed to the “My Projects” tab view.
On this page, you can select the project name of which you wish to gain data from. After selecting the correct project, you should be directed to a page that looks similar to the image below:
Scroll toward the bottom of the page until you see the header titled “Project Samples”. It is in this section where you can click on the blue text toward the right of the screen labeled "VIEW", to select the sample you would like to download data from.
Note: you can only download data from samples that have a green "Succeeded" status.
Viewing the sample will bring you to a page that looks like the following image:
Here you will find all relevant information regarding that sample’s analysis. Further down the page is where you will find the header “Raw Data Availability”. This is a list of file deliverables, most importantly the imputed VCF file. Choose the file type you would like to download, and voila!
As a reminder, you can download files in bulk by using the CLI. To learn how, read our article on How to download data using the CLI.
