Gencove has partnered with a number of different sequencing labs around the country. As a practice, we always recommend that customers working with us for sequencing and imputation to wait for details from a Gencove staff member before preparing to ship any samples. Please note that Gencove does not sequence samples in house.
If you haven't received this information, your best course of action is to submit a support request to gain this information ASAP.
As a reminder, only once the Sample Manifest and Submission Insert documents have been returned back to Gencove, via your customer success manager, for review and approval will the shipping address to mail your samples will be provided.
